With a background in art, design, performance and self taught cook, she uses food as a canvas for artful creations and memorable experiences, and was described by celebrity chef Graham Elliott as a “Culinary Poet”. Miranti is particularly known for her sensitive palette and exceptional and daring flavor combinations. Currently, Miranti is working towards developing a line of  Joy Of Feasting pantry products, designed to introduce and preserve her family's culinary legacy, and a surprise project due this Fall.
