The choreography is an ongoing research and a reflection on inner dance, anchored in focused quietness and the effort and effortlessness of conscious movement at the smallest scale. The performance functions as a live extension of the artist’s installation, Quiet Circle. She will be accompanied by musician and sound artist Atul Giri (IND/NO), who will add reflective layers of ambient music, silence, and occasional narration. Working at the intersection of sound and movement, she creates individual as well as collaborative works that range from stage to site-specific and public spaces and have been presented across Europe and Scandinavia.Atul Giri is an Oslo based Indian sound and music artist. Through ambient music, field recording, sound art, and spatial audio installations, he creates works that invite deep listening and reflection.
