Infrared light therapy will be used to support warmth and relaxation. A seasonal herbal tea will be served afterward to gently reawaken the body and support nourishment from within.Mild, optional movement and guided settling may be offered. This gathering is intentionally slow, quiet, and restorative.Attendance is limited to 7 participants to ensure a personalized and supportive experience.$80 per personPlease arrive between 5:30–5:45 PM, as the building and elevator close promptly at 6:00 PM.
