We’ll begin with a check-in and a grounding breathwork exercise and introductions, then move into the theme through journaling or meditation. Then, we’ll come back together to share what arose.There will also be open space to speak to whatever is currently alive in your life. No one is required to share.If you do, you can expect to be listened to fully. No advice, no interruptions. We are here to hold and be held.Doors open at 6:30. Container closes at 7:00.Feel free to come early to settle in, connect, and enjoy ceremonial cacao and the full Alchemist Kitchen Elixir Bar before it closes for this event at 7:00pm.
