Come experience the heart-opening energy of kirtan, a form of devotional chanting, as we sing the Hanuman Chalisa, a dynamic 40-verse hymn and timeless ode to Lord Hanuman, the embodiment of faith, surrender, and devotion.
We will learn the Hanuman Chalisa chant and explore its deeper meaning together, discovering the story of Lord Hanuman, Rama’s devoted companion, who went to incredible lengths on an epic journey to confront demons, demonstrate unwavering devotion, and help reunite Rama with Sita.
Those who sing the Hanuman Chalisa feel inspired and brave, just like Hanuman. Reciting it will help us overcome fears and problems and grant us the strength to face challenges and hardships.
It’s the perfect way to connect to your community, deepen your devotion, and enrich your Hatha Yoga practice. No experience or musical talent necessary. Open your heart and you will leave calm, energized and smiling!
