We’ll move through gentle warm-ups and gentle strengthening exercises by Harlem Brain, breathing and meditation, followed by a moment to reflect, connect with one another and nature around us.What's more, we are proudly sponsored by WE ACT for Environmental Justice. Based in Harlem for nearly four decades, WE ACT has been building healthier communities and advancing environmental and climate justice. With a focus on muscle strengthening and graceful transitions between poses, this seemingly simple exercise will have you looking at Tai Chi in a whole new light.
