Next, we'll lead you through a guided journaling session, offering prompts to help you identify the patterns, beliefs, or emotions that are ready to be released. You’ll have the opportunity to reflect deeply, giving voice to the unspoken and creating space for clarity and renewal.

Finally, you’ll be cocooned in the soothing vibrations of a therapeutic sound bath—a symphony of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments designed to bring your nervous system into harmony, quiet the mind and activate your body’s innate capacity for healing.

By the end of the evening, you’ll feel lighter, more centered, and open to joyful new possibilities.
