No drop-off allowed.Fee: $5 Per Child (Under 18) / $10 Per Adult12 participants maxBeginner: Pick a subject you love and learn to see it with “artist eyes.” Use pencils and markers to make beautiful drawings you are proud of!Intermediate: For students with some experience who want to go further…Bring your own photos or receive subjects and style lessons to explore in class. Learn line work and shading techniques that will elevate your talent and bring your subject to life.Advanced: Get help with a new or existing drawing and learn to give and receive positive critique—enhance your skills in composition, perspective, lighting, figure drawing, and narrative. Take your artistry higher!Lessons for teens and adults include drawing hands and anatomy, natural objects, blind portraits, and more. Advanced students can use photos, draw a self or pet portrait, or request to learn a skill. Laura encourages all her students to share their ideas, methods and finished artwork. A mixed-age class is fun—the free spirits of younger kids inspire the adults in class to loosen up, too! Class comments are kind and very encouraging.Students generally work on paper that is 9 x 12 inches.
