While the dough rests, we’ll lead a guided tasting of cheeses and ingredients that can make pasta dishes pop. Then, you’ll learn how to hand-shape pasta and take the final product with you to create your own pasta masterpiece at home.Duration: 1.5 hoursFormat: guided tasting and hands-on pasta making with a Murray’s expert in our classroomIncludes: 3 cheeses, 3 pairings, pasta-making ingredients, signature accompaniments Beverages: red and white wineNote: This class includes a tasting of cheeses and pairings.
