Partial Suspension Basics is an introductory rope workshop that explores the strength, structure, and trust required to safely elevate the body and expand your rope practice into new dimensions. By focusing on foundational partial suspension ties, you’ll learn how to build stability, communicate clearly with your partner, and cultivate a deeper sense of awareness, control, and connection.Whether you’re brand new to rope or have years of experience on the ground, this class will shift how you approach tension, support, and collaboration in your ties. You’ll leave not just with new skills, but with an embodied understanding of balance, trust, and the art of holding (and being held) through rope.WHAT TO EXPECT:Workshop: This is an in-person workshop in a beautiful and private studio space in Manhattan. The workshop will include 2 hours of discussion & instruction where you will be able to receive and explore new techniques and tips.
