NORTHERN SOUL 4 week series

a full 4 week series on northern soul!!!

classes are 1hr 30 mins! the first part is the instructonal and then 30 mins for dance practice and chilling!

northern soul has a basic foundation but really is practice that will teach you more than just copying moves

in this 4 week intensive series we will break down the foundations in 4 parts!

classes are every thursday at 7PM this is a list of the classes breakdowns

• 1/8 WEEK 1 : FOOT WORK FOUNDATION

-learn the basic footwork and focus only on that BASIC FOUNDATIONS! i know you wanna run! but first we need to walk, and thats exactly why we are dedicating a full class to just foundations

• 1/15 WEEK 2 : DISPLACEMENTS

you didnt expect to dance only in one steady place didnt you? of course not! this class is dedicated to moving around the dancefloor exploring different styles, stepping,floating or a combiantion of both!

• 1/22 WEEK 3: SPINS AND KICKS

nothing crazy really we keep it beginners friendly but we are clallenging ourselves a bit more in here, also we'll go over body conditioning if you wanna do backdrops

• 1/29 WEEK 4: STOMPING!

Yup!!! we will dedicate a whole classs to stomping foundations all begginner friendly of course but a whole class of it!!! yea! thats cool
