6:00 PM– Meet at The Standard Biergarten in NYC
6:30 PM– Depart for our peaceful nature retreat
7:45 PM– Arrive at the site, settle in, and begin the experience
8:00 PM– Guided breathwork and sound bath session under the night sky
9:45 PM– Closing circle and gentle return to the city
10:45 PM– Arrive back in NYC
