New Approaches Summit: NYC 2026 - 5th Annual Date

Join us on Monday, September 21nd, at the Harvard Club of New York City for the 5th Annual New Approaches Summit on Tobacco Control and Harm Reduction, held alongside the start of United Nations General Assembly (UNGA81) and climate week.

This one-day event brings together a diverse group of experts from various sectors (including government, public health, policy, law, advocacy, regulatory, technology, investment, and the scientific community) to discuss and address key US and global issues and opportunities related to tobacco control and harm reduction in support of key SDGs. The convening is united by a common goal: to accelerate an end to smoking-related death and disease and improve global health.

As a neutral convener, New Approaches hosts programming developed by summit chairs and speakers. Views and statements by speakers are their own and diverse perspectives are encouraged.

The summit is open to all stakeholders committed to working together to find solutions to end smoking and make a global health impact.
