Musicians' Guild Sign Ups

This sign-up page is for Music Room B and C, run by the Musicians' Guild. Music Rooms B and C are best for solo or acoustic group rehearsals: grand pianos, open space.

Membership sign-ups for Musicians' Guild practice rooms are only available through Eventbrite.

Music Room B has three pianos (including a Steinway Model B) for use. Music Room B is found in the main lounge on the first floor of 50 Haven.

Music Room C has one Kawai grand piano for use. It is at the end of the hallway on the first floor of 50 Haven.

Since the rooms are located in 50 Haven, individuals must have ID access to 50 Haven.

You may make a reservation for the Music Rooms ahead of time using our Google Calendar.

To get the keys, you must present the Music Room B/C sticker on your CUID to the front desk at Tower 1 (60 Haven). They will give you the keys in exchange for your CUID. You will get your CUID back upon returning the keys.

Note that Music Room A (equipped with drums, amps, band equipment, etc.) is run by Coffeehouse (cHNjb2ZmZWVob3VzZSB8IGN1bWMgISBjb2x1bWJpYSAhIGVkdQ==, ), not the Musicians' Guild.

Access to both rooms B and C is purchased concurrently. Pictures and more information on the rooms is in the Google form linked below.

3. Purchase room access through this Eventbrite
4. When finished with 1-3, Send your Eventbrite proof of purchase from step 4 to cHMtbXVzaWNpYW5zLWd1aWxkIHwgY3VtYyAhIGNvbHVtYmlhICEgZWR1 to confirm everything is in. We will respond and coordinate sticker hand-off.

Pricing: Music Room B/C prices: $60 per year (student) or $120 per year (faculty/staff), with cheaper options for those who would like to sign up in the spring and summer. CUMC ID is required. Purchase at any time is valid through the end of the following July; prices are tiered accordingly for fall, spring, and summer purchases.
