Mindfulness Tea Ceremony with Guqin Performance

Join us for a serene and immersive experience where mindfulness meets the timeless elegance of the guqin. In this gathering, we explore how mindfulness can be woven into everyday life—not only through the familiar practice of mindful tea drinking, but also through mindful music appreciation.

In collaboration with a guqin musician, this Mindfulness Tea Ceremony offers a multi-dimensional introduction to integrating mindfulness into daily living. The guqin, historically regarded not just as an instrument for entertainment but as a tool for cultivating clarity and virtue, invites us into a deeper inner stillness.
