- **Event Description**: A monthly sound bath meditation with ear seeding and tea, inspired by Korean acupuncture to support rest, warmth, and seasonal balance.About this EventThis intimate bi-monthly gathering is part of a seasonal series inspired by the 24 Jeolgi of Korean medicine, a traditional system that divides the year into 24 phases and offers guidance on how we eat, rest, and care for the body to prevent imbalance before it arises.This session centers on Chunbun, the Spring Equinox, when day and night are equal. In East Asian seasonal medicine, it marks a natural point of balance as the early signs of spring give way to the fuller arrival of the season. As the days grow longer and warmer, it’s a time to support the body with gentle movement, renewal, and practices that restore balance.Participants will receive individualized ear seeding, followed by a 45-minute sound bath meditation designed to calm the nervous system, restore energy, and encourage deep rest. Infrared light therapy will be used to support warmth and relaxation. A seasonal herbal tea will be served afterward to gently reawaken the body and support nourishment from within.Mild, optional movement and guided settling may be offered. This gathering is intentionally slow, quiet, and restorative.Attendance is limited to 7 participants to ensure a personalized and supportive experience.$80 per personPlease arrive between 5:30–5:45 PM, as the building and elevator close promptly at 6:00 PM.
