Guided by Korean acupuncture and seasonal wisdom, the evening centers warmth, stillness, and gentle preparation for the transition into spring (which begins February 4).Participants will receive individualized ear seeding, followed by a 45-minute sound bath meditation designed to calm the nervous system and encourage restoration. Infrared light will be used to support warmth and relaxation. Seasonal tea will be served after the sound bath to help gently reawaken the body and support nourishment from within.Mild, optional movement and guided settling may be offered. This gathering is intentionally slow, quiet, and restorative.Attendance is limited to 7 participants to create a personalized and supportive experience.$80 per person.Please arrive between 5:30–5:45 PM, as the building and elevator close at 6:00 PM.
