Haley is passionate about protecting wildlife, environmental conservation, and providing safe and accessible outdoor exploration opportunities for women, BIPOC, and the LGBTQ+ community. He currently serves as the Director of Education and Strategic Planning at Metoac Indigenous Collective and also serves as an advisor for the Global Indigenous Youth Caucus at the United Nations, where he advocates for Indigenous rights.
