The tiramisu will then chill while you turn your attention to the star of the show: homemade pizza.Chef Leo will guide you through the process of preparing the dough, stretching, shaping, and topping your own pizza. Whether you're a fan of classic flavors or like to get creative, you'll have the opportunity to customize your pie before it heads into the oven.As the pizzas bake, you'll pick up tips and techniques for recreating both dishes at home, from working with dough to balancing flavors in traditional Italian cooking.Once everything is ready, you'll sit down with fellow food lovers to enjoy your freshly made goods.No experience necessary- just bring your appetite and a love of great food! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in.
