In this highly interactive class, our experienced Pastry Chef Instructor will guide you step-by-step through the basic techniques to perfecting the classic croissant. These techniques include scaling, mixing, kneading, laminating, folding, shaping, proofing, and most importantly, eating! You will then have the opportunity to customise your croissant dough, as we create a classic croissant and the decadent pain au chocolat!No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Class takes place in a private professional pastry studio that is set up specifically for hosting cooking classes. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.Please arrive no more than 10 minutes early to check in.
