Served with chicken or tofu and a Chinese broccoli, you'll love learning how to recreate this popular takeaway dish on your own without compromising on traditional flavors. Learn how to season and properly cook your noodles, which we've learned is a skill all on its own. You will then make the famous Papaya salad to enjoy as a palate cleanser. You will learn the ‘Tum (smack)’ techniques on the traditional mortar and the hybrid 'smack in the bag' alternative. Who says cooking can't be fun?! Once you have created your masterpieces, you will then plate, garnish and enjoy tasting your creations with your new found foodie friends!No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen.
