His new book is EVELYN IN TRANSIT (W.W. Norton; January 2026). He lives on Bainbridge Island, Washington.ABOUT THE MODERATORLeigh Haber is an independent editor, writer, and consultant. For ten years she ran Oprah’s Book Club and curated the Reading Room section of O, the Oprah Magazine until it closed. After that, she was the founding books director of Oprah Daily. She’s on the board of the Carol Shields Prize for Fiction.Housekeeping notes:This is a ticketed in-store event with limited amphitheater-style seating.Doors open at 6:30pm, with the talk starting around 7:00pm.Books will be available for purchase at the event.Cost of a book bundle ticket reflects the total cost of the feature event book (MSRP plus tax).
