Along the way, I noticed a huge gap with the folks behind the camera, who didn't know how to take the best care of themselves.As someone who’s lived the 5AM call times, unpredictable schedules, and hard deadlines, I wanted to build a strong, supportive fitness space for people who make movies, shows, and all the series we binge watch.I am an ISSA CPT who uses strength training and mobility to build longevity in my clients and make sure they return to work ready to lift, haul, carry, and thrive!
