My name is Arun Lam Govada, a full-time Licensed Real Estate Salesperson (licensed as Arun Govada) in New York and New Jersey with , specializing in residential sales and multi-family investment properties. Born in the US to Indian parents, I grew up in Hong Kong and now live in New York City. I graduated from , earned a Bachelor's in Business Administration from , and a Master's in Real Estate Development from , where my thesis on high-value real estate for live entertainment in NYC earned Graduate Excellence in Academic Achievement. I also hold a Certificate in Professional Coaching from NYU. Having lived and worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Hyderabad, San Francisco, Boston, and New York across the Real Estate Development, Hospitality and Technology industries, I consider myself a global citizen with diverse perspective. I speak English and Mandarin, with conversational skills in Telugu and Cantonese and am dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and go above and beyond for them. After closing almost $6M in Real Estate Sold in my first 8 months as a full-time Real Estate Agent, I saw it fit to not only expand my service offerings but also to mentor and support fellow agents as they grow in their career — that’s why I started The Silk Bridge Team.
