We hope you will join us as we celebrate this very special milestone anniversary together.Explore Chinese, Jewish, and Puerto Rican tastes, sights, sounds, and crafts alongside talented artisans, stage and street performers, and visitors from near and far! Set in front of the Museum's Landmark Eldridge Street Synagogue home, the festival takes over one block of Eldridge Street between Canal and Division Streets for a folklore fest unlike any other for people of all ages to enjoy!The street festival event is FREE and open to the public.About the :The Museum at Eldridge Street is housed in the Eldridge Street Synagogue, a magnificent National Historic Landmark that has been meticulously restored. Opened in 1887, the Synagogue is the first great house of worship built in America by Jewish immigrants from Eastern Europe. Today, it is the only remaining marker of the great wave of Jewish migration to the Lower East Side that is open to a broad public who wishes to visit Jewish New York.
