Pre-Breathwork Ceremony: Hape' Grandfather Tobacco Offering

Let's come together to experience the grounded elevation of Hape' and hold space for our Roots family. This medicine is in the form of a tobacco and plant spirit snuff offers clarity and connection to Pachamama and the Divine like no other.
Ceremony will begin at 4pm prior to the final Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony at Roots. Participation in both is welcome, but not required.
Breathwork does require registration at www.rootsyogaandfitness.com and space is limited.
The tobacco ceremony is a donation based offering and no registration is necessary. We only ask that you arrive by 4pm on an empty stomach free of other plant/alcohol substances so that breathwork can begin as scheduled.
