Such Risks may arise from causes that are known or unknown. Douglas Colleges makes no representations or warranties to teams and players regarding any safety or other risks associated with participation in the Activities, and does not accept responsibility or liability for the Risks.All participation in the Activities is voluntary and players who choose to participate do so at their own risk and through their participation voluntarily agree to assume these risks.
