Re-learning Self-love Group Therapy

This is a 6-week group that will include education on health and arts-based experiential exercises!

This will be facilitated by Joefin Peter (10oclockjoefi.com), Morgan Loewen (morganloewentherapy.com), and Malar Chandran (havencollective.ca/team/malar-chandran).

The education pieces will go over sexual health concepts that relate to body, mind, and society. The arts-based experiential exercise will be body mapping through the use of prompts.

Attendance policy: This is a closed membership group. In order to build and maintain the trust and safety of this group, we strongly encourage attendance of every session. Due to the informational and experiential nature of this group, we will not be offering make up sessions at this time. Please consider if this is the right time for you to make this 6-week commitment and investment as there will be no refunds for missed sessions.

Grievance policy: Facilitators can be reached out to with questions, concerns, and complaints.

No tolerance policy: Discriminatory and/or abusive behaviour towards facilitators and participants will not be tolerated.
