Pour paintng is a free-form expression that requires no prior experience. You will also be shown ways to create a sacred space for creative inspiration startng with a short, guided meditation at the beginning of the class.Participants will take home two 10" x10" canvases of their creations and be gifted a crystal for creative energy!Note: We use water based acrylics and non toxic materials. All supplies are included including aprons, disposable gloves, paints, cups, and takeaway boxes.
