A Little Buddy. A Lot of Joy

We explore the playful wisdom tucked inside the movie Elf. Buddy the Elf may be a little outrageous, but his open heart and steady delight have a way of changing every room he walks into. He reminds us that joy is not something we have to force. It lives inside us already, waiting for a chance to shine.
Together we will look at how kindness, curiosity and a sense of fun can soften the season, brighten our days and help us bring our own “inner Buddy” to life. Everyone is welcome for a warm, lighthearted and meaningful morning.
