• This is a passive, meditative experience—movement is not required, but you will have the opportunity to join in grounding movements before the immersion starts (completely optional!)
• Please be mindful that the entire practice is done lying down or seated on the floor
• All props are provided (mats, blankets, bolsters), but you're more than welcome to bring your own, or a zero gravity chair if you would prefer to be off the ground!
