Along the way, we’ll discover the history of the Spruce Creek Mound and its significance to the people who once lived here.** Important note: Please arrive 15 minutes prior to complete a waiver. Waivers must be completed in full to participate in the program.ACTIVITY: This will be a moderate hike with a few short climbs in elevation.RESERVATIONS: Required. Unless you have a confirmation email, you are not registered.TICKETS: No printed ticket is necessary.AGES: Ages eight and up are welcome. Children must be accompanied by an adult.ATTIRE: closed-toe shoes, comfortable clothing for the outdoorsWHAT TO BRING: water, bug spray, sunscreen** Some of our trails have mud and/or standing water because they are located in wetland ecosystems and because of seasonal rains and high tides. We recommend you bring a pair of waterproof boots in addition to your regular hiking shoes if you don't want your shoes to get wet.
