Brad from Paddleboard NSB will lead us out to Sand Dollar Island. We’re going to take our time, keep it easy, and just enjoy the glide. 

Once we beach the boards, Christy (The Medicine Bar) will guide us through a yoga and meditation session right on the sand. 
It’s a grounded, unhurried practice meant to help you settle into the rhythm of the tide.

Before we head back, we’re taking time to hang out and recharge with handcrafted botanical elixirs and a spread of botanical bites—fresh, healthy, and light snacks to fuel the paddle home.
