Join us for a heart-centered hour of movement, breath, Reiki, meditation, and sound.

We’ll begin with simple Kundalini-inspired movements and conscious breathing to gently open, release, and create space to receive. You’ll then be guided through a Holy Fire® Reiki meditation, followed by a therapeutic gong bath to support deep relaxation, nervous system restoration, and energetic renewal.
