Reflections Mini Retreat
Creating a space where we can gently Reflect on 2025 and then Set intentions for 2026.

This Mini Retreat will include:

- 20 Minute Opening Sharing Circle to connect and unite the energy & space

- 15 Minute Yoga Nidra Meditation to reflect on our year

- 1 hour Hatha Yoga Class

- Full Vegan Lunch catered by Heath's Natural foods

- 45 Minute guided Sound Bath Experience

- 30 minute Journal Prompts for 2026 + Closing Circle
