Women's weekend retreat totally immersed in nature at Mulvarra House, St. Mullins, Co. Carlow. Spring is a time of renewal, planting seeds, setting intentions, and moving towards long, brighter days after a long Winter. Yin and Yang yoga practices will be offered on this weekend, alongside some gong sound healing. There will be lots of space for swimming in the Barrow, reading, sauna, time on your own, or whatever your flow requires at the time.
