You can choose the animal you’d like to make — from a moon-gazing hare or fox to something entirely your own. Starting with a basic armature, you’ll build up the form using foil and plaster, gradually shaping, refining, and adding detail as your sculpture develops.

As the day progresses, you’ll move on to the finishing stages, applying a durable outer layer and painted finish to achieve that classic bronze look. By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a solid, eye-catching piece ready to display indoors or in the garden.

The session is fully guided throughout, making it suitable for beginners as well as those with some experience. With small group sizes, there’s plenty of support and time to focus on your own piece at a comfortable pace.

£95 per person, with all materials, tools and full tuition included.

Lunch and afternoon tea are provided, with tea and coffee available throughout the day.

You’ll leave with a finished sculpture that feels substantial, detailed, and completely your own.
