Join us for a cozy and inspiring vision board workshop. This mindful gathering offers a supportive space to reflect on your pregnancy journey, clarify intentions for birth and early postpartum, and creatively express your hopes for the months ahead.

We’ll begin with a brief grounding meditation and gentle breathwork to help you be fully present. Using images, words, and textures, you’ll create a personal vision board that reflects your values and intentions, exploring what you wish to invite into this chapter of your life.

No artistic experience is needed! All materials and light refreshments are provided.
