Ladies and Guys all welcome.  You don't have to be registered to attend.

Swim clinic- 8 - 9am
Change clothes in locker room- 9 - 930am
Transition clinic-  930 - 10am (bring your bike/race day gear to practice)
Bike Ride- 10 - 1130am
Run- 1130 - 12 noon

Learn fundamental stroke work and triathlon related swimming techniques and tips at our swim clinic.
Learn how to get in and out of transition quickly at our Transition clinic.
Come check out the bike course and ride safely with others and our T4C team.
Do a little run, jog or walk on the beautiful run course thru the park.
