Join us as we move, sip, and breathe, and settle into the moment. There is
nowhere to be but the present. Nothing to do but be.
This unique offering weaves together two traditional
Chinese practices, Tea
Ceremony and Qigong. In this shared space you are invited to slow down,
breathe deeply, and deepen your connection to the present moment.
Cha-do
Tea has long been a symbol of harmony, humility, and simplicity. When served in silence
and received with awareness, it becomes more than a beverage-it becomes a ritual of
presence. Through this practice, we deepen our spiritual connection, both with
ourselves and with others. The Sacred Tea Ceremony creates a space of stillness,
allowing the mind to quiet and the heart to open. It offers nourishment for the soul,
especially during times of challenge or transformation. The tea becomes a teacher, a
guide, and a mirror-helping us reconnect with our inner self and honor the sacredness of the present moment.
Qigong
Qi (pronounced chee) means "life force energy" and Gong means "cultivate" Qigong
uses gentle movement patterns, breathing techniques, full body stretches, and
meditative stillness to cultivate balance, reduce stress and boost vitality. This ancient
practice corresponds with the seasons, nature, energy, anc 5 elements (Wood, Fire,
Earth, Metal, Water) Metal is the Element of the Autumn Season: A time of letting
go, refining, and transforming. Just as the trees shed their leaves in autumn, so can old
patterns be released -making space for your present truth!
