ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE Trip the Light Fantastic — inspired by a line from L’Allegro by John Milton — invites us to move lightly, joyfully, and playfully, dancing with aliveness and ease. We gather to celebrate the resilience within us — recognising that grief and discomfort can live alongside joy, aliveness, and playfulness. These states are not mutually exclusive. Through curiosity and movement, we practice choosing moments of joy even amidst what challenges us. This exploration of free movement and expression invites awareness into our cells — sensing how the body responds to light, rhythm, sound, sensation, nature, and creativity. All of this is held within the beautiful surroundings of the historic Ōkato Cheese Factory, a place many of us know and love. ? There will be a fire. ? FACILITATORS ?
