Starting in our rural Herb Field at the foot of Mt Taranaki, guests will harvest seasonal botanicals before moving into 'The Hearth Room.' There, you will engage in a guided flow of four stations: crafting herb-Infused Vinegars, Herb Feta-in-Oil, Spiced Honey and a Honey Face Mask. 

The evening concludes with a curated tasting table featuring our NZ Food Award-finalist Oxymels and botanical seasonings.
