Learn to Meditate for Free in New Plymouth
Join us for a free meditation workshop in Community House (CAB New Plymouth) on Wednesday, May 28th @ 6:30pm.

Embark on a journey to connect with your true self with the Sahaja Yoga meditation technique. Through Kundalini awakening we guide you towards inner peace and serenity offering a unique approach to meditation.

First timers and beginners welcome! Seekers of truth welcome!
Completely free of cost, and no need to bring yoga mats, seating will be provided.
