It is about manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, kaitiakitanga, and building something enduring that will uplift whānau, hapū, and future generations. When conditions shift, it is important to have space to step back, take stock, and consider the next steps in a way that honours both kaupapa and long-term aspirations.Adapting to Change is a free, interactive three-hour workshop designed to support Taranaki business owners and teams with practical tools, shared learning, and strategic thinking grounded in lived experience and shaped by kaupapa Māori values.Delivered by Te Puna Umanga Venture Taranaki, He Toronga Pakihi ki Taranaki, and the Regional Business Partner Network, the workshop will be facilitated by Pounamu Skelton. Pounamu is a seasoned trainer who provides outcome-focused training deeply rooted in cultural knowledge, expanding her trainees’ perspectives to embrace the Te Ao Māori worldview.
