Vision Boarding Workshops

These in-person Vision Boarding Workshops offer a reflective and creative space to clarify intentions for the year ahead. Guided by over 30 years of experience in mindfulness meditation, Reiki practice, manifestation and intention work, and a coaching background supporting women in their personal, professional, and spiritual lives, each workshop blends inner reflection with practical grounding.

No artistic experience is needed. All materials are provided.

These workshops may be attended individually or together and are the first offerings in an ongoing series focused on vision, habits, and integration.

Friday, January 2 • 6:30 PM Vision Boarding: Reflection & Clarity(Leading up to the Full Moon in Cancer). Held in the days leading up to the January 13 full moon in Cancer, this workshop emphasizes emotional clarity, awareness, and reflection. Cancer energy symbolically supports attunement to inner needs, caregiving roles, and what feels truly nourishing.

Participants will be guided through:
• A grounding meditation to settle and arrive
• A brief, accessible lesson on reflection and intention
• Supported creative time to explore images, words, and symbols
• Gentle reflection to integrate insights

This session is especially supportive for parents, caregivers, clinicians, and anyone who benefits from clarifying what they want to honor, release, or protect before committing to next steps.

Saturday, January 17 • 6:30 PM Vision Boarding: Intention & Commitment(Eve of the New Moon in Capricorn). Held on the eve of the January 18 new moon in Capricorn, this workshop focuses on intentional beginnings and sustainable direction. Capricorn energy symbolically supports commitment, structure, and building something that lasts.

Participants will be guided through:
• A grounding meditation to support intention-setting
• A short lesson on intention and sustainable habit formation
• Creative vision boarding to clarify what you are ready to plant and tend
• Closing reflection to anchor intentions

This session is well-suited for those ready to choose direction, clarify priorities, and begin the year with grounded momentum.
