- **Event Description**: Join us for a beautiful summer evening at Watergrasshill B&B, where we’ll gather for a seasonal garden dinner overlooking the breathtaking Shawangunk Mountains. Surrounded by summer blooms, mountain views, and warm evening air, this special dinner celebrates the flavors of the Hudson Valley with a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring fresh seasonal ingredients, including produce sourced from our neighboring farm, Phillies Bridge Farm.


Weather permitting, dinner will be held outdoors on our patio at sunset for an unforgettable al fresco dining experience. In the event of rain, we will move the evening indoors to the farmhouse dining room and culinary kitchen studio. This event is rain or shine.


The evening will begin with a pre-dinner grazing table followed by a three course seated meal prepared by Chef Jennie Gaffney, highlighting vibrant summer flavors and locally inspired ingredients. Guests will enjoy a refreshing seasonal iced tea made with herbs from our gardens and are also welcome to bring your own beverages.


As this is an outdoor summer event, we recommend dressing comfortably and appropriately for the weather and evening temperatures.


Menu:
Seasonal Iced Tea featuring homegrown herbs

Welcome Grazing Table:

 • Corn fritter with tropical salsa
 • Hummus stuffed sweet pepper with radish cucumber relish
 • Chilled fennel and pea soup shooter

Plated Dinner:
Salad:  Frozen Peach Burrata Salad with Watercress, Toasted Almond, White Balsamic Reduction, EVOO

Entrée: Pan-Seared Chicken or Cod with Sweet Corn Risotto, Lemon Beurre Blanc and Toasted Breadcrumbs 
(Vegetarian Cauliflower Steak Available)

Dessert: Warm Cherry Berry Crisp with Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream


Additional Information:

• If you are attending with a group, please make a note during registration so we can seat your party together.

• No dogs are permitted on site.

• With advance notice, we strive to accommodate dietary restrictions to the best of our ability, although we may not be able to accommodate all requests. Thank you for your understanding.
