In this hands-on workshop, you’ll make three classic French treats:

? Soufflé — Eat In Class
Learn the secrets behind achieving an airy, beautifully risen soufflé. You’ll savor this delicate dessert right away—because soufflés don’t wait!

? Napoleon — Take Home
Build crisp layers of puff pastry and silky pastry cream, then assemble your own elegant Napoleon to take home.


This hands-on class is perfect for baking enthusiasts of all levels who want to build confidence with French techniques in a relaxed, small-group setting at Watergrasshill B&B.
