Start the new year with fresh inspiration in the kitchen during this hands-on winter cooking class led by Chef Jennie, known for her vibrant, wellness-minded approach to food. In this fun workshop, you’ll cook your way through a nourishing menu designed to kick off a healthier year—learning new techniques, enjoying everything you make, and taking home a full packet of recipes to recreate the dishes at home.

-Roasted + Raw Salad Vegetarian, GF
-Sausage & Kale Soup GF, DF
-Mini Chicken Meatloaves with carrot-potato topping GF
-Tart Cherry Bomb Energy Balls Vegan, GF
Students will enjoy their dishes during class and take home their energy balls for later.

Chef Jennie is a locally based Hudson Valley Chef that focuses on both the health benefits and mouthwatering reasons for getting back to real food! She grew up in a household with mainly processed food, so her schooling at both Le Cordon Bleu and The Institute for Integrative Nutrition really fueled her passion for real ingredient cooking. With so many delicious options in our area to eat farm-fresh, she loves taking advantage of what the current season has to offer. She takes immense amounts of pride in her attention to detail and genuinely loves expanding what she does for a living as a craft.
