The Neighborhood Story Project is honored to present a celebration of the musical connections between Dakar, Lagos, and New Orleans. Led by Senegalese musician and composer to celebrate the release of his album, New African Orleans, the concert will feature special guests , , , , , , and the .

New African Orleans is the thrilling new project from acclaimed bassist, vocalist, and composer Alune Wade. Blending Afrobeat and jazz, Wade traces the deep connections between West African rhythms, Lagos grooves, and the bold brass sounds of New Orleans. “I explore a world from my Senegalese roots to the lost branches across the Atlantic...
