This month, we're getting curious about the times we didn't stay the same:

"What's something you've changed your mind about?
What did it cost you (or gave you)?"

Maybe it was a belief you were raised in. A person you'd written off. A career, a politics, a place you swore you'd never live. Maybe the change came slowly enough that you can't point to the day it happened, or maybe there was one conversation that cracked something open. Or maybe you're in the middle of one right now and haven't said it out loud yet. Bring whatever you've got... a change you're glad you made, one that cost you people, or one you're still not sure about. Let's be curious, together!

We hold that space together through what we call the Curious Code:

Respect beats being right … always
Make room for fun … it helps us connect
Listen first ... more than you talk
Respond with curiosity … questions before comments
Gather the good … share what you learned
Here's how the evening flows:

- Doors open at 6:00 pm... plenty of time to grab food and a drink, find a seat, and settle in.
- At 6:30 pm we move into the discussion. You'll sit at a table with a small group... no more than six people... and together you'll explore the question of the evening. Everyone is welcome to share as much or as little as feels right. No pressure to perform or have it all figured out. Curious questions and honest listening are the whole game.
- We wrap up around 8 pm with a few closing words and a look ahead to the next gathering.
- Want to keep talking? Stay as long as you like.
